The Cliff Jumping activity takes place on the cliffs of Montgó, Montgrí Natural Park, always accompanied by a qualified guide,
It is an action-packed activity that combines two incredible elements such as the sea and the land. Jumping into the water from the cliffs at different heights makes this activity a real adventure.
We start by practising in an area of jumps of different heights that will increase your safety and confidence.
Once finished, we start with the progressive jumps along the cliffs, where the guide will control the equipment at all times so that you only have to enjoy the experience to the maximum.
